How to get the most out of your sessions in The Light System:

During Your Session

  • Get comfortable and relax deeply: Many people naturally fall into a deep sleep or meditative state.

  • Refrain from distractions: No phones, no chatting, just allow yourself space to unwind.

After Your Session

Some people may feel sluggish or fatigued after a session. This is completely normal as toxins and radiation that have been trapped in the body get released into the bloodstream.

  • Stay Hydrated: The detoxification process requires plenty of water to flush out toxins.

  • Detox Bath: Same day of session for 30 minutes or more. Pre-mixed ingredients are available for purchase on-site. Otherwise, feel free to make your own using the recipe and protocol posted below.

  • Eat light: Eat easily digestible foods so your body stays focused on detoxing, not digesting.
