Terms & Conditions

  • Packages are prepaid bundles of session hours that may be used flexibly within the Energy Room at Center Health.

    • All packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused hours expire at the end of this period and are non-refundable.

    • Packages may be shared with friends or family. Each individual using package hours must:

      • Book under their own name and contact information using package code from the purchaser at checkout.

      • Complete Center Health’s liability waiver and consent form prior to their session.

    • Package hours may be applied toward eligible standard sessions as listed at the time of booking. Hours are deducted based on session length.

    • Packages are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred for monetary value.

    Center Health reserves the right to modify package offerings and policies with notice to clients.

  • By enrolling in a Center Health membership, you agree to the following:

    • Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled

    • A minimum commitment of three (3) billing cycles is required

    • Cancellation requires at least thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the next billing date

    • Unused membership hours do not roll over or transfer

    • Membership hours may only be shared with prior notice and consent from Center Health. Contact us for more information.

    • Membership benefits are subject to availability and scheduling policies

    Center Health reserves the right to modify membership offerings and policies with notice to clients.

  • The Light System is a precisely calibrated system. Clients may not touch, adjust, move, or lean on any equipment, screens, wiring, or fixtures at any time.

    Any movement or interference that requires recalibration, repair, or service will result in the client being financially responsible for associated costs, which may exceed $3,000.


  • Standard notice:

    • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.

    Emergencies:

    • Center Health understands that unforeseen circumstances happen. In cases of emergency, late cancellations or missed appointments may be considered for credit or refund at the discretion of management.

Liability Waiver & Release Form

I, __________________________ understand that products and services offered by Center Health support the body, mind, and soul's natural ability to create wellness in my life.  I understand that Center Health facilitators do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.  I understand that energy healing, or any service provided by Center Health does not take the place of medical care.  It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physiological or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that energy healing provided by Center Health can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving.  I also understand that the body has an inherent capacity for balance and regulation, and that deep relaxation may support overall well-being. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.  Center Health is not liable for my medical, mental, or emotional conditions before, during, or following any service provided by Center Health.

I take personal responsibility for my well-being and with respect for myself I gratefully accept control of my choices.  My heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and I hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against Center Health, and/or any of their associates or affiliates. I take full responsibility and am responsible for all liability for loss or injury incurred while in association with Center Health and/or any of their associates or affiliates.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content.  I am aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability and a contract between the above noted parties and myself.  I understand that this contract is binding and acknowledge that I am signing this of my own free will.
