  • The Light System operates through five core pillars — photonic collision, sacred geometry, positive affirmations, motion and flowing energy, and targeted light and color therapy. Each pillar is layered into the energetic field generated by TLS, creating a high-frequency, coherent environment that supports your body’s innate ability to restore balance.

  • You don’t need to bring anything — just come as you are, ready to relax. Headphones are optional, but recommended if you’d prefer your own audio or extra quiet during your session.

  • Wear something comfortable you can relax in, like you would for a lazy day or a nap.

    • Most importantly, allow your body and mind to fully relax into a parasympathetic (rest & digest) state. Falling asleep during your session is encouraged, as this is the body’s natural state for healing and repair.

    • Staying hydrated before and after your session supports cellular reorganization and the flushing out of any toxins released during a session.

    • Some people choose to set an intention as a way to guide their session. This can be powerful, but it is not a necessity, as your body naturally knows what it needs.

  • Many people notice a shift in their state during and after their first session, and sessions build upon each other over time.

  • Sessions range from 1 to 4 hours.

    Longer sessions simply give your body more time to relax, unwind and come into equilibrium with the Light System environment, much like an ice cube gradually melting into a glass of water.

  • Results will vary from person to person, as they depend on individual factors such as overall health and lifestyle choices. Consistent positive outcomes are less likely if accompanied by poor dietary habits or unhealthy behaviors. The effects of The Light System are cumulative, building over time with regular use and a supportive lifestyle.
